SHIPPING POLICY
We try to serve our product in the best way and as per the order mentioned following individual order guidelines. It may take little extra time but we ensure you get the best and in the perfect form, you expect it to be.
We do our best to provide delivery on time but maybe we are not able to guarantee at times due to a high volume of orders. Basically our delivery estimates are based on typical delivery procedures of first come first serve basis. They do not account for any unforeseen delays on certification end or the logistics end.
In case of any change in the order, the Client has to mention the changes with 24 hours of the order placed. Later to it, the order wont be cancelled or changed.
Our products have varying processing time as maybe it may have some customization as per your requirements and may take some extra time. Usually the delivery time for the order may be approximately 4 to 5 weeks excluding certification and dispatch time. Certain products may take extra time considering changes or particular requirements as it does vary by product and size.
Any specific Monogramme, Engraving, Hallmarking, and Jewellery certification may take additional time as per their schedule. The charges of the above are to be borne by the customer on actual. Client are requested to kindly provide all the above requirement while placing the order. Incase not provided, the company won’t be responsible for the above services.
In case any jewelry which is customized specifically as per requirements or any major changes from the prevailing product may take extra time as well as an additional cost on actual. The order may take approximately 5 to 6 weeks excluding certification as per the extra processing time in production.
In the case of bulk order or multiple order, products from stock may take less time and can be delivered after certification. It may happen we may happen to deliver one single order in two parts prior to intimation and confirmation. But this rule is not applicable to international orders. The international orders would be shipped completely once all the products are ready and will be done in a single shipment without split and all at the client’s cost. We’re not able to accommodate requests to split international orders into multiple shipments.
Shipping within India may take approximately take 1 to 3 business days to arrive at your destination and parallelly may take approximately to any international destination are estimated to arrive within 5 to 7 business days once shipped from our facilities. The Shipping charges would be completely borne by the buyer. In case they have any tie-up, they have to mention to us in advance or would be shipped by our facilities at the client's cost.
All shipments timelines are subject to weather, unforeseen circumstances, and courier conditions. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on the date indicated.
It is possible that depending on the pin code, the courier may take extra days to deliver your parcel for remote and/or very rural areas, your order may be transitioned to a more local courier in your area which can increase the shipping time to 3-5 business days. The courier would be accompanied by two copies of the invoice and packing list of which we request you to acknowledge one invoice copy once the courier is received. We would send you the scanned image of the invoice on your registered e-mail id too, which would be considered delivered in case if we do not receive any reply from you within 7 working days.
